User Settings

Setting up your extension profile is very easy. All of the mobile voip features are enabled using 'point and click' and there is nothing technical or complex.

Features such as conferencing, voicemail, find me follow me and hunt groups can be enabled here.





Recorded Calls

Once recorded the sound files are filed in the searchable directory as WAV files which can be downloaded bu clicking on the file name.

Files can be searched for based on date, size or file id.






Call costs

View your call charges real time. You will also be sent emails indicating if you need to top up your call credits.




Call reports

Here are some of the reports available:

- Caller ID
- Time entered
- Waiting time
- Conversation time
- Agents logged on
- Time of last logons
- Easy to read status panel
- Numer of agents per queue
- Number of ready / paused / busy on other queues / unknown agents on line
- Number of calls waiting per queue
- Number of inbound calls being answered
- Number of outbound calls being made
- Last call handled by each agents (time and queue)


Main Menu

The features on your phone can all be managed from this web browser which means you can access it anywhere!!
